On Wednsday August 11th 2001 we are very proud to present the Brewers Dinner for Oskar Blues Brewing from Lyons Colorado. This is in all honesty , MY FAVORITE BREWERY. They have made THE BEST CANNED BEER IN AMERICA for some time now and what they put in those cans you have never tasted before. The beer in the can taste every bit as good as that in the keg, and every beer they make has a clean smooth well balanced flavor. This is going to be alot of fun.

1st course ; Dales Pale Ale
Chilled Gazpacho with shrimp wontons.
2nd course; Yella Pilsner
Crab stuffed portabello mushroom in phillo.
3rd course ; Gordon Imperial Red / double IPA
Wilted spinach salad with elk proscuitto vinaigrette.
4th course ; Gubna Imperial IPA
Gubna marinated beef shoulder tender with a huckleberry and demi glace butter sauce , fresh vegetables and roasted shallot onion and garlic mashed potatoes.
5th course ; Ten Fidy Imperial Stout
